ABOUT THE ROLE This is the highest leverage role at Poetic. If Poetic succeeds at the level we believe it will, a significant part of that outcome will trace back to the recruiting machine you built. The density of talent at Poetic is extremely high - and we need someone who is excited by the challenge of finding the top people in the world to maintain and raise that bar. You'll build the talent organization and processes from scratch, own the vision for what world-class recruiting looks like, and execute the day-to-day operations behind it. This role is deeply hands-on: you will be sourcing, interviewing candidates, and running processes while simultaneously designing systems that scale.
