About this role
Hardware/Field Robotics Engineer Intern Zürich, Switzerland Flink Robotics is a fast-paced startup backed by world-class VCs, originating from the Computational Robotics Lab at ETH Zurich. We're building the autopilot for robotic material handling. It will power the next generation of plug-and-play robots that stack boxes in logistics centers, unload trucks or sort parcels. Are you an ETH Zürich Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Robotics student? We're looking for a talented intern ready to apply their skills to hands-on robotics. The role - Assemble and install automation solutions, including industrial robot arms, and auxiliary hardware. - Be part of the hardware team and design, assemble and manufacture our next gen robots. - Support product testing and assist the engineering team in developing and testing new hardware features. What we are looking for - Strong motivation to get things done and get your hands dirty. - Mechanical and electrical engineering skills. Are you a tinkerer? Perfect! - Passion for robotics and a keen interest to work with physical products most of the time. - Excited about travel and deploying robots in production environments - Analytical, technical and problem-solving skills that can be applied to real-world solutions. - Current Bachelor's/Master's student in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
