Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Will you be a part of the team? About the role As a Director on the Strategic Finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping Flex's business and financial strategy. You will operate as a senior partner to leadership, owning high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and driving decision-making across the organization. You will lead efforts to improve predictability, maximize ROI, and translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that influence company direction. This role requires strong business judgment, deep financial expertise, a strong bias for action and the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters.
