As a Proposal Writer within our East Bidding Team, you will craft compelling, high-quality proposals that communicate our vision, strategy, and technical strengths. Your writing skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in developing winning submissions that drive our business growth. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, estimators, and managers in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, creativity, and precision. Join us and help shape the future of our projects. What you will be doing Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field. Minimum three years of experience in proposal writing or coordination for engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects. Strong writing, editing, and quality assurance skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and persuasive messaging. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and familiar with proposal management or content automation tools. Ability to interpret technical information (tunnels, bridges, highways, transit, water infrastructure) and communicate it clearly to varied audiences. Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
