What You'll Do Learning from the experience of every cancer patient involves building systems that scale, excellent UI, and robust data pipelines along the way. We are looking for an experienced backend or full-stack Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, production-grade systems. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable software across our cloud-based infrastructure. Our team is responsible for mission critical services including our authentication service, API Proxy, and OmcoEMR EHR Service. In addition you will: - Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs - Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code - Participate in architecture and design discussions - Translate requirements into working technical solutions - Leverage cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to streamline workflows and focus on solving complex oncology data challenges. - Partner with oncologists, product leaders, and data scientists to translate complex product and regulatory requirements into elegant technical solutions.
