We're looking for a Manager, Compliance to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. What You'll Do As a member of the Compliance Team within the Risk Management Organization, you will play a key role in strengthening and advancing our compliance program. You will bring a strong understanding of policy management, along with the ability to manage company-wide compliance training and awareness initiatives and apply compliance frameworks. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to manage compliance initiatives from inception through completion. You will also: - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure policies and training reflect evolving business needs, regulatory changes, internal standards and risk priorities. - Manage the company's policy management system, ensuring policies are current and accessible. - Execute annual and periodic company-wide compliance training and awareness initiatives, manage the training system, and monitor training completion and effectiveness metrics. - Support risk assessments and contribute to the development and execution of the internal annual audit plan. - Lead internal audits, assessments, and monitoring activities related to compliance training and policy adherence. - Partner with the Director of Corporate Compliance & Risk Management to design, enhance, and streamline
