Join Our Flash Team as a Production Assembly Technician! Flash is looking for a Production Assembly Technician to kit, assemble, and package quality electromechanical and mechanical products to fulfill inventory requirements and meet customer demands. As a Production Assembly Technician, you will work with other technicians to achieve production goals and ensure the work environment is organized and safe. In addition, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. Location: Dripping Springs Warehouse, Onsite Shift: Mon-Fri 7 am-3:30 pm Travel: 0% What You'll Do: - Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process - Discern the quality of parts and materials used in production - Assemble mechanical assemblies using electric screw drivers and hand tools as required - Kit OEM components as part of a finished product - Test and inspect finished products for defects - Package and palletize finished products - Follow verbal and written technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms - Fill out work orders and serialization capturing forms. - Work safely in a warehouse environment - Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace What You Bring: Technical Skills - 6 months or more of
