Five9 is looking to add a world-class commercial attorney to join its legal and compliance team. Location Location: San Ramon, CA, Dallas, TX or East Coast preferred; hybrid or remote work will be considered for the right candidate. If hybrid, 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office is required based on location Key Responsibilities The attorney will own the execution of day-to-day sales and commercial legal process activity. This role will partner closely the sales team, as well as reseller-, finance-, sales-operations-, account management and other teams to execute on company business objectives and drive legal departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate is an individual who thrives in a sales environment, has excellent written and verbal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Strong interpersonal skills are also key to success in the role, as is the ability to work under strict timelines.
