Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on, high-ownership Senior Accountant to help build and scale our accounting foundation. This role is ideal for a candidate with ~5 years of experience, preferably a recent Senior from Big 4, who is looking to transition into an operating role and take ownership of core accounting processes. You will play a critical role in establishing scalable processes, supporting financial reporting, and partnering cross-functionally as the company grows. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is excited to build from the ground up. We are also looking for someone who is interested in leveraging automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance the accuracy of financial processes.
