About the Role Fireworks is building one of the most important infrastructure platforms in AI. Just like frontier open-source inference enables sustainable unit economics for our customers, we are building a sustainable growth engine to drive demand gen for the Fireworks business. We're hiring a Paid Growth Marketer to lead all paid marketing programs across the full funnel, from awareness to engagement and activation. This is a hands-on role. You'll manage multi-million dollar budgets with analytical rigor, build the measurement infrastructure that connects spend to pipeline, and develop Fireworks' internal capacity for structured paid experimentation. You'll also think strategically about where the paid landscape is heading and position us ahead of it. You'll report into the Director of Growth and partner closely with Sales and Product to align paid programs with product launches, sales cycles, and ICP targeting.
