The Go-to-Market (GTM) People Partners partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product Support to scale Figma's global revenue organization. In this role, you'll serve as the dedicated People Partner for Figma's Sales organization, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales leadership team. You'll help the organization scale effectively by strengthening leadership capability, shaping organizational design, and aligning talent strategy to revenue priorities. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the People Team-including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations-to drive high-impact initiatives that support the Sales organization.
