About this role
Research & Insights Associate Toronto, Ontario, Canada THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We are currently looking for a research and insights associate to join our FanDuel Canada team! In this role, you will be responsible for conducting deep analysis of internal customer and external consumer data, forming data points into insights, and building sharp reports across Sportsbook and Casino verticals. You will also work closely with various stakeholders within the commercial, marketing, and product teams, while building and maintaining relationships with various external agency partners. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play - Stay up to date with trends in our industry and closely monitor competitor activity - Analyze large data sets to identify key insights that inform cross-functional decision making - Synthesize data and research findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders - Support brand tracking research process and reporting including: - Working with external partners to ensure survey and analysis plan are up to date based on evolving business needs - Staying on the pulse with results of monthly and quarterly brand performance reports, becoming the go-to for brand positioning knowledge - Creating tailored presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders (e.g., brand, media, commercial) to commercialize relevant insights -
