As a Designer, you will: - Explore and shape ideas grounded in user and business needs. - Lead small to medium-sized projects with growing independence. - Deliver high-quality UX and UI design thinking across journeys, ensuring experiences are intuitive, consistent, and meet strong visual and interaction standards. - Use prototyping and testing to validate solutions and inform iteration. - Be adept in using, and in finding valuable ways to implement, AI in the design lifecycle and outputs. - Apply and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability in your work. - Identify user pain points and propose effective, practical solutions. - Embed accessibility and inclusive design best practices in your work.
