As a comprehensive solution for all digital asset strategies from start to scale, FalconX operates as the connective tissue empowering clients with seamless navigation through the ever- evolving cryptocurrency landscape. Responsibilities - Direct and manage overall office operations and administrative duties to maintain a well organized, efficient, and smooth work environment on a daily basis. - Manage and oversee the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors. - Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls - Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail - Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately - Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure - Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, as well as coordinate logistics for company meetings and events. - Manage office budget - Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related activities and inquiries. - Collaborate with the company secretary to ensure the effective management of committees, board meetings, preparation of board packs, and recording
