We are looking for more than a standard GAAP researcher; we need a Financial Architect who excels as both an investigator and an operator in this role as the Head of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting . You will lead the evolution of our financial reporting function during a period of significant institutional scaling. Reporting to the VP, Accounting, you will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations while resolving complex accounting issues tied to novel digital asset products. In this role, you aren't just maintaining books - you are building a definitive 'source of truth' within a complex, high-velocity trading environment. This is a 50/50 split between serving as a high-level technical expert and a hands-on 'systems plumber,' bridging the gap between cutting-edge trading desks and institutional-grade, public-ready financial statements.
