About the role We're looking for a Workplace Manager to own the heartbeat of our San Francisco Headquarters. You'll own end-to-end operations, level up the environment, and build the systems that help us scale. You'll report to the People and Culture Lead and work closely with IT, Finance, and leadership to keep operations running and the culture thriving. This is a fully in-office role Monday-Friday based in San Francisco. Office operations and facilities - An always-ready office: clean, stocked, accessible, and welcoming to employees and guests every single day. - Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, creating a welcoming, professional experience. - Own daily office operations: shared space upkeep, inventory management, and pantry program. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services; establish reliable processes for receipt, distribution, and outbound shipping. - Manage relationships with building management and
