About this role The People Systems Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our People systems and operations running smoothly as we scale. You'll own the day-to-day administration of our core HR tools - primarily Workday and our workflow automation platform - ensuring employee data is accurate, workflows function reliably, and systems continuously improve. This role sits at the intersection of People Operations and systems. Much of your work will happen behind the scenes, directly within our tools - managing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining the integrity of our data and processes. You'll be trusted to independently handle core transactions, investigate when something doesn't look right, and ensure our systems are working as intended.
