Reservoir Engineer Alternate Job Posting Location | Job City/State Job Group Capability Subsurface, Subsea, Pipelines & Production Engineering Job Group Reservoir Job Role Description The Reservoir Engineer - Advanced is responsible for Reservoir support to all stages of asset development and operations for new and mature fields, including project technical support and technology deployment Job Role Responsibilities - Design and evaluate depletion plans or project options to improve recovery and economic value from the reservoir - Conduct modeling, reservoir simulation or use other reservoir engineering techniques to evaluate reservoir opportunities - Monitor and assess reservoir performance and recommend actions to improve reservoir management strategies and depletion plan effectiveness - Generate flowstreams and volume forecasts for opportunity evaluation, asset planning and economic analysis - Actively implement technology deployment and integration, and application of corporate best practices in reservoir engineering - Conduct assessment of resources that can be monetized under a range of scenarios to determine asset value - Mentor and guide early career engineers fostering their professional development Functional Skills Low Permeability Systems Depletion Planning Low Permeability Systems Performance Forecasting Reservoir Simulation & Forecasting Advanced Recovery Methods Reservoir Surveillance Carbon Storage Depletion Planning
