Job Description: Job description Overview We are looking for a professional to join the Data Ingestion team as Manager - Data Ingestion & Data Quality. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end bureau data ingestion processes, driving data quality improvements, reducing ingestion failures and rejections, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will work closely with member institutions, Product, Technology, Operations, Quality, and Support teams to ensure timely and accurate ingestion of credit data across bureaus while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational governance. Key Responsibilities Data Ingestion & Operations Manage end-to-end ingestion of bureau data across Consumer, Commercial, and MFI bureaus. Ensure processing and successful loading of member submissions within defined TATs and regulatory timelines. Monitor ingestion pipelines, file movement, and processing status across various systems and environments. Track and resolve file-level, segment-level, and record-level ingestion failures. Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure smooth execution of daily ingestion activities. Data Quality Management Analyze data quality issues, validation failures, and rejection trends across bureau submissions. Drive data cleanup initiatives and improve overall bureau
