We are looking for a Program Manager to help build the next generation of our Operational Excellence program, PowerUP. PowerUP is a modern framework that builds skills to accelerate business outcomes, combining systems thinking, Agile, LSS disciplines, and generative AI into a fast, application-driven approach. You will be a central contributor to PowerUP and support the broader VISTA program by modernizing training content, facilitating high‑impact learning experiences, coaching participants through improvement work, and driving adoption across the enterprise. You will report to the VP, Productivity and Transformation. You'll have the opportunity to: Lead PowerUP Training Programs Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of PowerUP training programs, curricula, and learning assets. Modernize Operational Excellence training by incorporating practical GenAI, automation, and the latest agentic concepts in ways that are grounded, usable, and tied to results. Ensure PowerUP content aligns with Experian's priorities and guides measurable capability and performance outcomes. Apply data‑driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness and inform program enhancements.
