This team ensures the Departments operate in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, and industry self-regulatory guidelines. Additionally, the team builds and maintains a governance program and operational risk policies. The team also guides the product and sales team to create/offer compliant products/value propositions. Your role will involve working with multiple teams, including Corporate Compliance, Corporate Audit, and Legal. These teams collaborate with Product, Sales, Data Acquisitions, and counterparts in other NA Teams. The goal is to ensure compliance of all cross-department efforts and innovations.
