Job Description: We are looking for an Resilience Senior Manager to lead and mature our regional capability across North America. This is a people‑focused leadership role that blends strategic oversight, team development, and executive engagement to ensure our organization can prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruption. You will report to the Global Head of Resilence. You will partner closely with senior partners and serve as a key point of coordination for operational resilience and crisis management activities. We will align these activities with global policy, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices. What You'll Do: People Leadership & Capability Building Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of resilience professionals, encouraging a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Be trusted escalation point while empowering teams to independently support 1st Line of Defence (1LoD) partners. Operational Resilience Oversight Oversee and support 1LoD teams in interpreting and meeting operational resilience policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
