Tasks and Duties This section lists job-specific tasks and duties, such as the ones listed below, that are completed on a regular basis by the employee, and as noted in the Expeditors Customs Brokerage Operational Performance Standards . This list may be edited to the specific job role. Ensure all classification instructions for all shipments for all customers. Monitor duty deferment usage and levels. Monitor license/visa applications. Ensure all new business is transitioned correctly. Make 3 F2F calls per week - Retention/Sales Maintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and trainings. Promote productivity tools (e.g., using edoc, Raft, process management, customsware usage/Expo customs. Audit of files in accordance to AEO. Follow up refunds with customs authorities. Management of customs system. Send client report requests through the available database (expo request, expo reporting). Provide content for customer reviews - duty/vat. Be open to implementing new
