About this role

Pre-Sales Solutions Architect II Oakland, California, United States As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect on Everlaw's commercial team, you will partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive new business and expansion across our law firm segment, with corporate legal coverage as a secondary focus. You will be the technical and product expert in the room, running discovery, leading demos and technical deep-dives, executing proofs of value (POVs), contributing to RFx responses, and translating real-world litigation and investigations workflows into compelling, Everlaw-native solutions. In this role: you'll own the day-to-day execution of your deals and continue to deepen your expertise across our platform, including our generative AI capabilities (Deep Dive, Storybuilder, Writing Assistant, Review Assistant), analytics, processing, and review. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with sales leaders, customer-facing teammates, and our product organization to help grow some of the most important segments of Everlaw's business. This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA, New York City or Washington D.C. office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr. Key Responsibilities - Sales Support & Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical resource for AEs and CSMs across the commercial sales cycle.
