What You'll Do Own reconditioning decisions for Ever's EV inventory Triage inspection reports and determine repair scope, priority, and budget Coordinate work across internal technicians, third-party shops, dealers, and mobile vendors Source and manage external service partners to optimize cost, speed, and quality Approve estimates, negotiate pricing, and control reconditioning spend Track vehicle status through inspection, repair, QA, and ready-to-sell stages Ensure vehicles meet Ever's quality, safety, and merchandising standards Resolve technical issues and unblock stalled vehicles Maintain accurate reconditioning records and documentation Identify process improvements
