Job Description: · Customer care technician works in a biomedical laboratory and manufacturing facility performing a variety of environmental service duties to support our customers by caring for the offices and common areas as well as supporting the maintenance and sterility of the laboratories, equipment, storage areas. · Support our customers through cleaning and sanitizing common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, warehouse and storage areas to ensure facility is cleaned and in good condition for routine daily activities · Ensure all laboratories and equipment are clean, disinfected and ready for production and testing of sterile medical products. · Stock and organize supplies for all required areas of the scope · Operate Microsoft Applications (for charting, email, training, etc.) and other computer-based systems utilized in the facility · Follow standard procedures and execute activities independently, as well as in a team environment. · Complete documentation in a regulated environment such as completing logbooks, training, and communicating with other groups on equipment maintenance activities and special cleanings.
