Job Summary We're hiring someone to own how data informs decisions about talent, performance, and org design. This role is closer to business operations than traditional HR. You will define how leaders understand their teams, where the organization is breaking, and what to do about it. The work spans data, systems, and execution. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, building structure, and driving changes that stick. Key Responsibilities - Own the people data foundation - Build and maintain data pipelines across HRIS, recruiting, performance, and finance systems - Create a reliable source of truth for headcount, hiring, productivity, and organizational health - Ensure reporting and operational data remain accurate and reliable as the company scales - Identify stale data, workflow gaps, and operational inconsistencies before they impact decision-making - Drive decision-making through data - Build dashboards and reporting on hiring, retention, onboarding, org changes, and workforce - Run monthly and quarterly operational reviews on hiring, retention, and org health -
