As a Regional Operations Director, you will oversee the operational performance of multiple locations/branches within a specific geographical area, ensuring they meet company goals and objectives. The Regional Operations Director is responsible for managing teams, implementing strategies, and driving efficiency and profitability across their region. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Primary Responsibilities - Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential, maintaining a professional appearance at all times. - Responsible for building a team. Recruiting sources, interview, hire, train and develop amazing people. Conduct reviews and performance evaluations as necessary to produce positive results.
