We're hiring a Control Systems Engineer at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote. The Control Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, integration, and standardization of control systems across EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions fleet, including power generation, energy storage, load banks, electrical distribution, climate control, and compressed air systems. This role focuses on ensuring consistent and reliable control system performance across a mixed fleet of equipment by driving integration between control platforms, standardizing communication structures, and supporting interoperability between systems. The position supports both new equipment development and existing fleet optimization, with a strong emphasis on controls integration and system-level functionality. Primary Responsibilities - Controls Integration & Standardization - Integrate control systems across generators, BESS, load banks, electrical distribution, climate control, and compressed air equipment - Support development of standardized control approaches across multiple OEM platforms - Ensure consistent behavior, logic structure, and interface
