EquipmentShare's Architectural Designer role involves upholding design standards, managing projects from inception to post-occupancy evaluation, collaborating with various stakeholders, and staying current with industry trends. Primary Responsibilities - - Ensure all design projects company-wide uphold the EquipmentShare design standards - Establish project goals - Oversee small teams to produce designs on multiple projects - Assist team members with project budgets and timelines - Execute multiple designs under various deadlines - Translate stated design principles/objectives into unique and varied store locations - Identify, analyze and solve design and construction problems in a collaborative manner - Develop form, proportion, scale and materiality of a variety of architectural projects - Ensure building systems are aesthetically pleasing, functional, reliable and safe - a working knowledge of building codes and familiarity with health requirements - Participate in onsite visits - Work independently with minimal
