The Surface Land Agent II/III is responsible for acquiring and managing surface rights necessary to support midstream infrastructure projects, including pipelines, facilities, and related assets. This role requires an advanced knowledge of all Surface Land related functions, including strong technical knowledge, title research, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Surface Land Agent II/III responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Identify and verify surface and gas estate ownership. - Analyze, interpret, negotiate, prepare and acquire Midstream Agreements, Rights-of-Way, and other surface-related contracts. - Review and analyze title, oil and gas data, and mapping to support project development. - Provide due diligence on identified potential
