This role will be part of the Reservoir engineering team, supporting the Program Director for CCUS and serving as the technical lead for reservoir engineering and subsurface modeling activities supporting EQT's carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) initiatives. The role will focus on reservoir characterization, simulation, injection forecasting, storage capacity assessment, and optimization of Class VI and Class II CO₂ storage and enhanced oil and gas recovery (ER) projects. The CCUS Reservoir Engineer III/Senior/Expert/Advisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Develop and apply reservoir simulation models to evaluate CO₂ injection performance, plume migration, pressure response, storage efficiency, and long-term containment for Class VI and Class II projects. - Support development of Engineering Well Designs (EWDs) for CO₂ injection and monitoring wells
