Job Summary: This is an exciting Product Quality Engineer role with an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. The ideal candidate for the position is agile, collaborative, and results oriented. You are a skilled communicator who can translate Epirus' quality expectations to all parties with a hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvement. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with AS9100, internal, and customer-specific requirements while supporting quality assurance efforts to maintain the highest levels of product quality, reliability, and performance. This position will be the focal point for quality engineering activities for the Amplifier Module and PCBA manufacturing and test lines. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, plans, and procedures in compliance with AS9100, customer, and internal Quality Management System requirements. - Assist with non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, root cause analysis, product/process audits, and inspection/test capability analysis. Verify effectiveness of actions and share lessons learned across product and programs. - Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to drive initiatives to meet quality and reliability objectives.
