Epirus' flagship product, Leonidas, is a software-defined system built using intelligent power management techniques that allow power-hungry systems to do more with less. Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Agent to manage the end-to-end procurement process for enterprise software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, IT hardware, and related technology services. This role ensures that Epirus acquires the best value in technology spend while maintaining compliance, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting internal stakeholders across IT, security, engineering, and operations. Responsibilities: Procurement Execution - Work with InfoSec, Product Security, IT, contracts, finance, accounts payable, and supply chain to drive excellence with software and IT procurement execution and management. - Source, negotiate, and purchase software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and IT hardware including servers, laptops, peripherals, and network equipment. - Coordinate renewals, notify contracts to terminate contracts, and optimize license usage. - Create and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation with accuracy and speed. Vendor and Contract Management - Build and maintain relationships with software publishers, OEMs, VARs, and IT service providers. - Evaluate and support contracts in negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs), End User License Agreements (EULAs), and SaaS contracts in collaboration with contracts, legal and compliance teams. - Track and report contract milestones in support of the Contract team requirements, SLAs, and renewal dates to ensure timely action.
