Job Summary: This is an exciting role at an innovative, late-stage start up company . The ideal candidate for the position is someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment with broad discretion to solve problems. Requires experience managing Department of War and commercial contracts from proposal, through negotiation and administration, to close-out. In this role, you will work closely with a talented compliance team, reporting to Director of Contracts and part of the Legal team. Responsibilities: - Negotiate nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) on behalf of the company and ensure ongoing compliance with all confidentiality obligations. - Safeguard company intellectual property by ensuring appropriate IP and data‑rights terms in government and prime‑contractor contracts; provide guidance on correct data‑rights markings, required invention disclosures, and patent‑filing timelines to preserve maximum patent rights. - Maintain the company's agreement repository and dashboard and manage contract‑request workflows through the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system. - Enter executed contracts and sales orders into Oracle ERP system accurately and in accordance with internal procedures. - Oversee the full contract lifecycle-from proposal development and flow‑down review through contract execution, invoicing, and final closeout. - Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, including applicable
