What you'll do - Domain Strategy & Vision: Co-define and drive the product strategy and vision for the Fulfillment Domain, ensuring alignment across four product teams and with Enpal's broader business goals. Translate complex operational and financial challenges into clear product direction. - Cross-Team Alignment: Work across craftOS (field operations) and Fintech (customer financing) product teams to identify dependencies, resolve system-level challenges, and ensure a coherent product experience end to end. Act as the connective tissue between teams that serve different user groups but share common goals. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and champion a culture of data-driven product decisions across the domain. Define key metrics, build measurement frameworks, and ensure teams have the insights they need to prioritize effectively
