However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time. #BI-Hybrid #LI-Hybrid About the Role: As a People Resources Generalist, you are the engine that keeps our people operations running smoothly for our high-energy Contact Center. You will act as a dedicated resource to our managers and employees, translating HR policies into everyday solutions and ensuring our people processes are executed with precision. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you'll have the autonomy to resolve routine employee relations issues from start to finish, ensuring our teams feel supported and our operations remain seamless. This role will report to the People Resources Manager. Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, independently diagnosing and resolving routine issues from beginning to end. - Apply and interpret HR policies and procedures to provide clear, consistent guidance to employees and managers. - Support managers through coaching on documentation, policy application, and conflict resolution. - Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and share insights to improve the employee experience. - Maintain a solid understanding of HR functions and know exactly when and how to escalate complex issues to an HR Business Partner. - Build professional credibility by collaborating with our Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Development) to ensure business needs are met.
