About this role
Technical Officer (Building) Country Singapore Responsibilties: Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for all Facilities Management activities Carry out and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for building trade Conduct routine inspections of building and identify defects Coordinate and supervise contractors for repair and maintenance works Ensure works are completed according to specifications and safety requirements Verify job completion and ensure proper documentation of maintenance records Assist in A&A, upgrading, and improvement works Monitor work progress and ensure timely closure of work orders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards Any other duties as and when assigned. Requirements: Diploma in Engineering/ relevant FM discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
