Senior Construction Manager Country United States What You Can Expect As our Senior Construction Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the ENGIE Capital Projects team at Georgetown University, managing the on-site execution of major capital projects that modernize and expand the University's utility systems. You'll oversee contractors, field operations, and construction sequencing to ensure that every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with ENGIE and University standards. This position supports ENGIE's 50-year partnership with Georgetown University to operate, maintain, and enhance the campus utility infrastructure. Projects under your direction will include chilled water, steam, hot water, and electrical distribution systems-ranging from infrastructure renewals to complex system upgrades across the campus. No two days are the same. You'll lead field execution for multimillion-dollar utility projects, coordinate closely with Project Managers and Engineers, and represent ENGIE in day-to-day construction activities. Your success will be defined by your ability to manage contractors effectively, maintain safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget while fostering collaboration and accountability in the field.
