Within this context, Business Operations department plays a key role in ensuring efficient, high‑quality and compliant end‑to‑end operational processes supporting customer lifecycle, commercial execution and regulatory requirements. We are looking for a Reporting and Process Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for the continuous improvement, standardization and automation of Business Operations processes. The role focuses on end‑to‑end process analysis, identification of inefficiencies and operational risks, and the implementation of improvements that increase quality, cost efficiency, scalability and regulatory compliance. Main responsibilities: Analyze and optimize end‑to‑end Business Operations processes (e.g. contracts, billing, settlements, onboarding, reporting). Identify inefficiencies, operational risks and automation opportunities. Design and implement process improvements in cooperation with Business and IT teams.
