About this role

Quantity Surveyor Country Singapore Responsibilities Responsible for cost management, procurement support and contract administration for Design & Build data center projects Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for CSA works at various project stages Monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering initiatives Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking for civil, structural, and architectural elements Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and provide recommendations Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for CSA packages Assist in the administration of subcontracts and main contracts for CSA scope Assess and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms Review subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment recommendations Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants on CSA matters Provide cost advice during design development and construction phases Requirements Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years experience in CSA quantity surveying or construction projects In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specification At ENGIE, every talent has a role to play in accelerating the energy transition.
