We need sharp analytical minds to help us evaluate, structure, and finance the projects that will shape tomorrow's energy landscape. As a Financial Analyst within our AIFA team, you will play a key role in assessing greenfield and M&A opportunities. Your financial models and analyses will directly influence investment decisions and help secure the funding that turns ambitious plans into operational assets. What You'll Do - Build and maintain financial models for project valuations in line with ENGIE's investment guidelines and modelling standards. - Conduct financial analyses, review third-party models, and perform model audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Support the structuring and execution of project financing plans, including bank selection and funding source evaluation. - Prepare accounting and tax impact assessments within financial models, collaborating with internal experts and external advisors. - Analyze risk allocation, bankability considerations, and tax optimization strategies for new transactions. - Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal AIFA methodologies and analytical tools. - Collaborate with senior team members on cross-regional transactions spanning India, the Middle East,
