First Hydro Company operates some of the UK's most impressive pumped-storage hydroelectric assets. We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to ensure our iconic sites remain safe, compliant, and operationally excellent - supporting the people and infrastructure that keep clean energy flowing. This is a hands-on coordination role responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities services, contractor performance, statutory and fire compliance activities, and the delivery of facilities-related works and improvements. Providing operational coordination, reporting to support safe, efficient and legally compliant management of buildings, infrastructure and associated services, working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors and specialist advisors. You will work at the heart of a collaborative team, ensuring buildings and services meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. Summary of what you will do Coordinate day-to-day facilities services across First Hydro Company sites, managing inspections, maintenance contracts, and building fabric upkeep. Oversee contractor performance, ensuring risk assessments, method statements, and health and safety documentation are in place and compliant.
