About this role
Electrical Manager Country Singapore Responsibilities Manage the planning, execution, and completion of electrical works for data centre construction projects. Ensure project milestones are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning for electrical scope. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee the design review, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and backup power systems. Ensure electrical systems meet data centre reliability and redundancy requirements. Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and BIM teams to ensure electrical design aligns with construction requirements. Resolve technical issues related to electrical systems and ensure constructability. Ensure all electrical installations follow approved shop drawings and project specifications Ensure electrical works comply with Singapore regulations including EMA, BCA, SCDF, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. Enforce strict adherence to site safety procedures and company HSE policies. Participate in safety reviews, audits, and incident investigations Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams on electrical project matters.
