Construction Manager - Utility Infrastructure Country United States Construction Management Talent Pipeline (All Levels) - University of Iowa (Iowa City, IA | Home Nightly) ENGIE is building a local pipeline for Construction Management talent (all levels) to support utility and energy infrastructure capital projects across the University of Iowa under a long-term 50-year concession agreement. This is a local Iowa City role- home nightly. This is owner-side field leadership - managing contractors, safety, sequencing, outages, and turnover - not estimating-only or office-only. Projects range from $100K-$20M and include steam/condensate distribution, central utility plant tie-ins, chilled water / thermal distribution, electrical distribution support, and storm/wastewater + civil utility corridors. Near-term flagship work includes a high-visibility ~800 LF steam tunnel replacement through the heart of campus - complex logistics, outage coordination, stakeholder management, and live-environment execution.
