CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Country Singapore Responsibilities Lead and manage overall site execution for data centre projects under a Design & Build environment Oversee and coordinate all M&E works, including electrical, mechanical, and system interfaces Plan and drive the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of key milestones Manage and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure productivity and quality Coordinate closely with design team, client, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular reporting to management Support cost control, procurement, and variation management to ensure project efficiency Requirements Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent At least 8 years relevant working experience, strong M&E experience in critical environment Proven knowledge of data centre infrastructure: UPS, generators, LV/MV switchgear, cooling systems, BMS/EPMS, fire protection, etc Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills At ENGIE, every talent has a role to play in accelerating the energy transition.
