About this role

Assistant Project Manager Country Singapore Responsibilities Plan, manage and deliver projects deliverables Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and contractors. Monitor project progress, quality, risks and compliance. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standard. Manage change request, claims and project documentation. Source for new projects Compliance of Workplace, Safety and Health regulations (WSH) Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and report variances Prepare bills of quantities (BQs), tender documentation, and cost breakdowns. Evaluate costing and tenders, negotiate costing and recommend awards. Certify contractor payments, variations, and final accounts. Track project expenditures and billings. Requirements Degree in Building Services/Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years experience in project management and quantity surveying Sound knowledge of cost management, contracts and tendering procedures Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team for project works.
