AM - Yield & Performance Country India AM - Yield & Performance Job Description: Lead Solar Resource Assessment initiatives for diverse project locations, ensuring accurate evaluation of resources and alignment with strategic objectives. Drive Energy Yield Analysis and Optimization, leveraging advanced technologies and innovative approaches to deliver high-performance plant layouts. Oversee BOQ Development based on AC/DC cable loss calculations and optimized design scenarios, ensuring cost efficiency and technical accuracy. Evaluate Emerging Module and Robotic Cleaning Technologies, providing strategic recommendations based on OEM documentation and industry trends. Plan PV Module Factory Visits to understand the technological advancements and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Act as Key Technical Interface with Lender's Engineers, supporting due diligence and contributing to successful project financing. Collaborate with O&M Teams to implement advanced diagnostic techniques (EL and FTR) for monitoring and maintaining module health. Develop and Standardize SOPs and Checklists, promoting operational excellence and consistency across processes. Interpret Complex Test Results and make strategic decisions on Module, Inverter, Tracker selection to safeguard performance and reliability. Mentor and Guide team members, fostering technical growth, knowledge sharing, and a culture of innovation within the team.
