Learn more about our mission, culture, and team: EngFlow | Video As a Software Engineering Manager focused on build systems , compilers , and languages , you will lead core engineers and drive the development of key features for our platform. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to Bazel , gRPC , Goma , Soong , CMake , and other open-source projects, solving complex scalability and performance challenges. This role offers ample opportunities to experiment with the latest tech and build a scalable product used by some of the most exciting tech companies in the world. You will report to the Head of Product Engineering , and your responsibilities will include leading projects, managing a growing team, and contributing directly to both product and platform engineering. Over time, this role has the potential to transition from an individual contributor to a team manager.
