Job Description: The Operations Expert is a key individual contributor within the Evaluation Services (EVS) Operations Support team, reporting to the Director of Operations. This individual will act as the primary coordinator for cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and digital transformation within EVS. The role focuses on bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and deliver measurable value to the organization. Core Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Execution Plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of core operational projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals and timelines. Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Tech, Product, and Business units) to resolve dependencies and resource constraints. Monitor project progress, identify/resolve/escalate potential bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
